The "mental health bus " is not the one where you are just a "passenger".

As we focus on the 2019 journey, society seems to be in the advanced levels of decay ,while the miracles of technology keep materializing.

Our senses and awareness are constantly being challenged.

And if you are a woman ( or man ) returning home ,late at night on public transport ,

you are very likely to become a victim of psychos violence.

The psychos are rising in numbers and influence,

So we need some defensive gameplans.
Holding a hardened plastic shield is an example of strong defence.

Yes, its come to the point, where medieval strategies are back in action.

A female office worker , who may be victimized by psychos , on the way home from work…

Could use the shield to cover her bag / purse ,

Plus bump off the attacker/s.

Sure ,she might get a few strange looks at work, but she will be a lot safer.

We live in strange & challenging times.

Our ability to maintain strong mental health is essential, in these days of urban decay ….

Where others’ mental faculties are decaying …

Especially the psychos around us.
